I really really want a kitten for Christmas! They are so dang cute and a guy at my work is giving them away for free. So, I'm trying to persuade Weston that he wants to get me one. He insists that it isn't a good idea, but I don't see why not! They are so dang cute, they come already box-trained, litter and food are both inexpensive, cats are low-maintenance pets, and I've looked at apartments in places where we could be moving and most of them allow pets with a $200 refundable deposit! Anyway, I'm putting a poll on the blog for people to vote on whether or not I should get a kitten :) Tell us what you think!

Sorry Nicole, the Caywood's on the east coast would have to vote unanimously "no". Kittens are adorable, but they grow up. Cats are not so cute, trust me. I hid one at my apartment in college and it was a huge mistake!
Wow, are these Shelley's cats? Anyways I'm not a cat lover.
