Home Invasion!

Last night I went into the bathroom and discovered an intruder in our home

If you look closely you will see that there is a little lizard behind the garbage can. How in the world did a LIZARD get in our house??? Weston came to my rescue and caught the little guy in a tupperware.

Weston looked on the internet and figured out that our little guest is a house gecko. I guess that makes sense. I really hope that we don't find another reptile of any sort in our house any time soon!

I just don't like invaders when they a) aren't invited b) aren't expected! What do I do all day with Daphne... well, I was pretty busy and super tired when she was first born, then I took up sewing... learned a new skill, was determined to learn to cook well and stuff... now I'm actually looking at working once or so a week, just to make a little money and get out and about. I do a lot of swimming with Daphne, we'll go to the park when it is below 100. It will be better too when you've been there a while and have made a few more friends. How is it?!? How long do you have now? How do you like Tx? Are you anxious for him to come?

If you decide Weston wants to transfer to Az we can start a med school mommy groupie where we sit around, laugh, eat otter pops and talk about crazy people.. what do you say?!?

I want to be in the mommy groupie! I guess I have to move and become pregnant before I can do that, huh? But about the gecko. . . yikes! There are these weird bugs here in VA that I kept finding and never figured out what they were. I just called them scallywags. Good thing weston was home! I think I only saw 1 scallywag when nate wasn't here, thank goodness.

Oh at least that's better than something that bites or stings! Looks like the move went well, I'll bet it feels so good to be settled and to be getting closer to that due date!
