2 months!

Jackson is 2 months old today! I can't believe how fast he is growing up!

please disregard the unmade bed...it was a long day

Jackson at 2 months:
- smiles and laughs a lot! (as long as he is fed, burped, and changed)
- LOVES looking at mobiles and lights
- goes to sleep like a little champ! I don't have to rock him to sleep at all. I just put him in his crib pretty much wide awake and turn on his fishy light toy. The other night the toy turned off before he was asleep and he just talked to himself until he fell asleep. So cute!
- has an official bedtime at 8:00, he sleeps for 6 hours then goes back down for 3. It's great!
- HATES tummy time and getting burped (I don't know why he hates getting burped so much)
- is still mama's little cuddle bug. After the trauma of tummy time, he clings to me like a little koala...I love it!
- the head control could use a little work. His head isn't even that big, what the heck?
- Weston swears he is just moments away from saying "hello." I think Weston is crazy.
- gets lonely in the back seat of the car and starts crying if he isn't asleep

Weston and I get a kick out of making him laugh, talk, and smile. He is so much fun! We can't wait to go show him off to everyone at Christmas :)

In other news, Weston is smack in the middle of finals. It pretty much sucks. We can't really get too excited for Christmas until that school nonsense is over. I am so proud of him, though, for finishing his first semester of school! Only seven more to go...
