Here are a few pictures of thing's we've done lately:
On MLK day we had a picnic (yes I said picnic...it was 70 degrees) and went to the Holocaust museum with a few of our friends. The museum was filled with interesting facts and mostly it was very very sad.
Jackson is fantastic at being happy when we go out to do things. He saves his cranky times for the privacy of our own home :)
This is how Jackson and I spend most of our mornings:
He sits in his Bumbo and watches me get ready.
(excuse the bib, he drools like CRAZY when he sits in his Bumbo)
He sits in his Bumbo and watches me get ready.

He spends most of his day sucking his fingers
He has gotten WAY better at tummy time!
But all good things must come to an end, and eventually tummy time ends like this
In other news, I took Jackson to the doctor yesterday so I could whine and complain about my sleeping woes. He told me that if Jackson is fed and changed then I should just let him cry it out. He said to time it and go in every 10 minutes and put his pacifier back in then leave the room. Apparently he has gotten used to me running in there every time he squawks so I need to train him to soothe himself back to sleep. I tried it last night, and the night went A LOT better. I have a great pediatrician. In fact, I'm pretty sure he is the baby whisperer because Jackson was getting tired and fussy in the waiting room, but as soon as Dr. Connelly walked in to see him he got SO happy. He even giggled for the first time. Full on belly laugh. He won't do it again though. Apparently those special moments are reserved for the doctor.
Thank you to those of you who commented on my post for help! I tried everything and I reserved Healthy Sleep Habits Happy child at the library :)
