14 Months

I didn't do a 13 month post for Jackson, but I feel like he's learning so much lately that I need to give him some credit :)

So, these days Jackson:
- is walking like a mad man. He's getting so fast and he doesn't hold his arms above his head like a monkey anymore
- can make 2 animal noises--elephant (blows a raspberry) and dinosaur (raaaar) the other day he was playing with his toy dinosaurs and saying "raaar"
- knows where his head, ear, and tummy are and knows where most of his stuffed animals' noses are
- is obsessed with Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. He gets a huge smile on his face whenever he sees that it's on
- gives "loves"-- he rests his head on anything we ask him to give loves to---so cute
- gets so excited when he sees dogs! his favorite stuffed animal is a giant dog, and he has a couple books with dogs in them that he gives loves to all the time. I really want to get him a puppy, but that would probably be more work than I want to deal with
- knows the signs for "all done" (puts arms in the air) and "more" (for this one he pounds his fist into his palm like he's gonna punch me until I give him more of what he wants--close enough)
- will finally wave to people!
- gives high fives
-has 3 teeth and one on it's way out

I'm sure there are some other things that he's learned how to do recently, but I can't think of anymore right now! He seriously cracks me up everyday, and I love that I get to stay home with him. I wouldn't want to miss a second of watching him learn and grow. I can't believe how fast he is growing up!
