This past month has been a month of firsts for Jackson. We were away from home all month and we had some pretty good adventures!
Jackson experienced:
- his first time with the flu
- his first boat rides on grandpa's boat! Jackson LOVED the boat and the motion put him to sleep every time
- his first time meeting his cousins. Little Alyssa was so cute with him and would always pull funny faces at him to get him to smile and come up and pat him on the head. SO cute!
- his first grilled cheese sandwich. We went to Red Robin with my mom and ordered him one. He ate the entire thing and grilled cheese is now his favorite meal.
- his first time in grandma and grandpa Fullmer's pool. This kid is such a little water baby. He gets so excited every time he's around a body of water (or the bath) so he absolutely loved the pool.
- meeting a lot of mommy's friends for the first time. I usually don't see a ton of my high school friends when I go home, but I saw a bunch of people this time around. It was really fun to catch up and see what everyone is doing.
- his first time feeding dogs. My parents' dogs are such beggars and they would sit right under Jackson while he was eating. He learned that if he dropped food to them, the liked him a little better.
- sprouting his first two teeth! I already mentioned that one popped up. A second one followed the next day so now he has his two little bottom teeth and it is so dang cute!
Other things Jackson can do:
- he is getting so stable on his feet! He can stand alone for a few seconds and only falls over because he thinks it's so fun for us to catch him. I'm afraid this little guy will be walking soon.
- His first official "word" is nana. It used to just be banana, but now it is generalized to all food.
-he HATES being held down to have his diaper changed
-lately when I get him out of his crib he gives me the best hug. Oh man, I love it!
Here are some more pictures of my crazy little man for your viewing pleasure :)

I love that huge smile on his face in the last picture! He is getting so big. I'm afraid you no longer have a baby... he's becoming a toddler!!!
Boy, do we miss that little guy. Another first - he likes grass now!
